The Villa is located in the splendid Costa Smeralda, "Pantogia" area just 2.5 km from the renowned Porto Cervo. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, two comfortable rooms - dining area, two equipped kitchens, large veranda overlooking the sea, large exclusive swimming pool with sun terrace, large well-kept garden. The villa is divided into two floors: Ground floor consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each room has its exit to the garden, living room, kitchen; First floor consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each room has its own exit to the garden, living room, kitchenette. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. The Villa is 1.5 km from the Piccolo Pevero beach, 2 km from the Grande Pevero.

Extra: - € 500.00 for final cleaning; - € 30.00 per person for the supply of bed linen and towels; - Consumption payment: Utilities (electricity, water and gas) will be charged separately on the basis of actual consumption with metering (initial and final stay) by the agency.
