Villa Narciso is located in a plot of land of approximately 1000 m2. which surround the house with the typical Mediterranean scrub and the characteristic granite rocks that distinguish the Costa Paradiso.
The Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living-dining rooms, kitchen, exclusive swimming pool, terrace/solarium, 2 verandas.
Ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 people.
The main house consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas and 55'' Samsung Smart TV with satellite reception, equipped kitchen: 2 fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2), 2 full bathrooms.
The annex consists of a further living-dining room with 32'' TV with satellite reception (no smart), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 complete bathrooms.
Additional 2 additional single beds (pouffe beds or folding beds) to be placed in the living room of the annex.
The property is completed by comfortable outdoor spaces, such as the exclusive swimming pool, the large surrounding terrace, verandas and terraces in front of the living areas, and relaxation spaces with sea view, barbecue, outdoor shower, etc.
Exclusive outdoor parking for 2 cars.
Air conditioning present in all main rooms.
WIFI Free mobile Internet with dedicated router (unlimited gigabytes).
The Villa is located in the tourist village called "Costa Paradiso", it is about 2 km from the "Li Cossi" beach and other splendid natural inlets of rare beauty.
The nearest bathing cove is a 10-minute walk away
CONDITIONS AND RULES:
Check-in from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm (possible extra for late check-in)
Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, according to the tax regulations of the local municipality.
Domestic utilities (water, electricity, gas) included in the price.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection, according to the provisions explained by the host.
If this is not respected, or if waste is left in disorder, there is a fine of €100.
Security deposit of €500 required on arrival.
At check-in or shortly before arrival you will be provided with the Welcome Book, with advice on the area and activities, as well as the house rules.
Signing of the rental contract is mandatory at check-in.
In compliance with safety regulations, the identity documents of each guest (including minors) must be presented at check-in at the latest for the transmission of data to the competent authorities.
Overnight stay MINIMUM 7 nights - Central August period MINIMUM 14 nights

The swimming pool has been operational since April. The pool service is included with checks and cleaning three times a week.
