The rented apartment is located in the residential complex called "Centro Servizi", located in the center of the "Costa Paradiso" Tourist Village, in via al Mare.

- On the ground floor a further bedroom with bathroom and a small patio.
The two levels are connected by an external staircase, still within the property lot, which offers the possibility of using the second bedroom as an annex.

The veranda enjoys a good view of the sea, 600 meters away as the crow flies.

The apartment is equipped with latest generation air conditioning (1 for each bedroom and 1 more in the living room), 32" flat screen TV with SAT TV, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection, according to the provisions explained by the host.
If this is not respected, or if waste is left in disorder, there is a fine of €100.

Security deposit of €500 required on arrival.

At check-in or shortly before arrival you will be provided with the Welcome Book, with advice on the area and activities, as well as the house rules.

Signing of the rental contract is mandatory at check-in.

In compliance with safety regulations, the identity documents of each guest (including minors) must be presented at check-in at the latest for the transmission of data to the competent authorities.

On request, possibility of charging an electric car with a dedicated private column located in the car park, payment of consumption only of €0.60 per kWh. For provision of the service there is a refundable deposit of €500 to be paid on site.
